Hand-Building with Clay

No experience needed for this relaxing, step-by-step class on hand-building a unique piece of pottery! Hand-building is a method of working with clay that includes techniques such as slab, coil, pinch, and sculpting. Each class will have a specific project theme that will be customize-able to each participant's vision!

Please note that hand-building classes do not take place on the pottery wheel.

Who Can Participate

Hand-building classes are designed for students aged 13-adult. Children aged 6-12 may enroll as long as an adult guardian enrolls in the same class time.

• 3-hours of instruction
• Small class size of up to 12 people
• All tools and supplies needed to make the project

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 8 days or more in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the class start date are non-refundable.

Preferred payment methods are cash and zelle. To pay using either of these methods, please select "COD or Cash on Delivery" as your payment method. Payment must be received within 7 days of registration or your registration will be cancelled and your spot will be opened up to someone else. Cash payments can be dropped off at the studio during any Open Studio time listed on the website. An email will be sent within 48 hours of registration with zelle information if that is your preference. 

We also accept credit and debit card.

Any card payments made at the studio will be subject to a 3.5% service fee.
