The Potter's Choice glaze series was designed with the pottery in mind! These stunning glazes add fluid colors and effects to smooth or textured ware, with optimal results at Cone 5/6. To use these glazes is to step into different ceramic glaze traditions of many cultures throughout history. 

Inspired by classic tomato red reduction glazes, Ancient Copper is an iridescent iron red glaze that breaks dark brown over texture and pools dark yellow-green, giving it a weathered appearance.

Studio Notes
For 2 oz and 4 oz portions, glazes are poured from bulk into portion cups with lids. For long-term storage, we recommend placing your portion cups into a zip lock bag.

For 16 oz portions, glazes are poured from bulk into cleaned recycled glaze bottles.
